As ordered by Suruhanjaya Tenaga, SIRIM QAS Consignment Lab will issue Failure Letter immediately after confirmation of inspection/test failure(s) or/and difference(s) compared to document used for CoA. Electrical equipment which fails the Consignment Test need to be sent to the country of origin or shall be destroyed.
